Tjeerd Hendriks and Joost Prins, the owners of the Rotterdam company GROOS, received the Ketelbinkie Prize 2013 this morning from Ahmed Aboutaleb, Mayor of Rotterdam, during the ‘Entrepreneurial Breakfast’ in the Cornerstone building at Rotterdam The Hague Airport.

Not long ago, when one thought of a department store, one only thought of the three big Dutch names Hema, V&D and Bijenkorf in The Netherlands. But Groos has changed that enormously.
