Op 24 September 2020, the foundation ‘Topvrouw van het Jaar’ handed out the Young Talent Award to Mariël Tiemersma, product manager at Randstad. The Young Talent Award is an incentive award for young female talent.

I have designed the bronze statuette. It represents a sitting woman who radiates a lot of cheerful positivity.
