On 30 September two trophies were awarded by the Foundation Topvrouw at theatre Amsterdam : the Topvrouw of the year and the Young Talent Award, an incentive prize for young female talents. The award ceremony was preceded by a spectacular show that was presented by Mariël Tiemersma, last year’s Young Talent Award winner.

Janine Vos, CHRO and Managing Board Member of the Rabobank, became Topvrouw of 2021. Imke Gommans, Project Manager at ProRail, won the Young Talent Award. She received my sculpture from jury chairman Eeke Olijve van den Brink, who won the award in 2016. This year 21 young women participated to the election.
